Really satisfied with the course. The content is very thorough and has a lot of helpful information, including additional resources. Multiple learning styles are catered for through text, video and visual examples which makes the course very accessible to lots of people. The tutor is great, promptly providing feedback on assignments and responding to messages! The feedback is also really detailed and constructive. I am learning a lot of new information from the course and would highly recommend it to people I know!

I really enjoyed it, it was more challenging than expected. I really had to put the effort in to completing the assessments. It was an adjustment for me as I’ve been out of school for a number of years but everything is clearly labelled and explained. I learned a lot and I’m confident I can put what I learned into practice in a medical administration role.
