This is my second course with CMIT and I really enjoyed it. It made me think in directions I normally would not. It also helped me have a better understanding of managerial/ leadership styles. I'm hoping that knowledge accompanied with certificates will make a path to progress in my career.

by Student November 2016 on Dec 7 2016 12:14

Very good- better than expected- Time limits provide a good motivation but self motivation is also essential.

by Student November 2016 on Nov 14 2016 10:50

I took redundancy in July 2016 and found it difficult in early interviews to properly convey my knowledge and experience in dealing with groups of workers as a team leader. From the outset of this course i was able to structure answers in a relevant format and succeeded in finding work. I also found that many of the engineering jobs available had potential for engineering management positions in time and this course has helped me identify my own strengths and weaknesses to develop. This course is excellent for anyone working in an environment where they have any level of leadership role and want to generate a structure to develop their team or themselves.

by Student November 2016 on Nov 11 2016 15:26

I have experience of leading teams of technicians and other engineers but felt i was not best managing the groups or myself to the best outcome. This course is excellent at helping me analyse the work groups I am familiar with, delegate best based on skills sets and achieve best results in a more efficient manner.

by Student October 2016 on Oct 19 2016 15:26

Suits my lifestyle to study online at a pace that I choose. I have completed another course on the CMIT site. Plus the qualifications and courses are recognised. The course is very good and I learned a lot about management and my workplace environment.
