Very good course with great information
It is opening my eyes with information necessary for my job as I am presently dealing with some residents with intellectual disability. I am beginning to understand some of their behaviours in a more informed basis.
The course was very interesting and touched on topics like models of care and personal reflection. The study method was clear, and the multiple choice questions were great as you could keep going back and benchmark your score against your learning. This shows improvement each time, which is a good method of motivation. I ahve been out of education for 35 years and was mainly able to get back into studying via the methods from CMIT.

The course and the college in general were user friendly a part from a few small hitches, while first accessing the site I got lost and had to call the college on separate occasions to assist with navigating the site but then got used to it and could do it on my own. I have to say the staff at the college at the other end of the phone are very friendly and helpful, and the phone is answered promptly you don’t have to wait for those annoying answering machines. and both my tutors were amazing whenever I had a question or needed guidance, they were there to offer it, responded to my emails whenever I emailed them. thank you so very much for the good job you are doing.
I found the course very interesting, this is the 2nd course I have done with CMIT and I will be doing more courses in the future with CMIT.
