The layout and content in the Business Development and Sales course was absolutely brilliant. The information and Assessments were laid out clearly and were very easy to understand. My tutor was a huge help and responded promptly to any queries or questions I had regarding the course. My experience was 10/10!

I found the course easy to follow and gained a lot from it. It helped me gain a more in depth knowledge of ways I can improve how I sell and develop ideas for improving sales processes, customer relationships and opened up my mind to some new ideas.

The course is interesting, while being extremely easy to use. It has peaked my interest for other courses that are on this website, which I will be looking at after I am finished this on.

Provides a good overview to market and highlights the link between bus. dev and sales also.

I enjoyed the course and found Karen to be very prompt with response to queries & helpful she is a great tutor.

The manuals are very informative and helpful. They cover most of what is needed in the assessments with little or no need to purchase extra textbooks or consult other references.

I encountered a very pleasant time while completing the course. I did not have too much contact with my Tutor as I felt I didn’t have too many questions.

The feedback from the Tutor(s) on my assessment was extremely helpful and I was made feel aware which tasks I fully understand and which tasks needed more information. This was extremely helpful. The format of the Tutors Feedback was excellent, as it gave me a little boost on the questions I answered well while outlining on the questions I lack some information on. This is invaluable as I have since worked on gaining more information in these areas.

I was recommended this course by my mother, she is an owner of a crèche and has sent many of her stuff to do childcare courses on here. Due to current situation I needed to find something to keep myself occupied and was recommended by my mother as her colleagues have completed and enjoyed using this website. really enjoyed the course, I thought having both two assignments on different areas was a great idea. One case study and one on a more personal level. I really enjoyed the third assignment especially as I was able to apply the sales skills I learnt in the course to the area I am passionate about and I want to get a full time job in. From starting this course, I have realised that I do have an interest in business development and marketing. I would have never studied this before, perhaps in minor details in secondary school many moons ago, but I really enjoyed this course. my Tutor Sean is fantastic! he’s helpful and promptly responds to any messages or queries I may have. I would certainly consider doing another course as a follow up to this one in the near future.
