This is my third course with CMIT and I am happy to say, experience was fantastic again. Study material provided with this course was very good, and tutor support was superb. The course was very relevant, well organized and structured, making it easy for participants to acquire the essence and major components of leadership theories, principles and methods, thereby equipping them develop and refine their leadership kills and techniques. As someone involved in the formulation and implementation of social housing projects, which require working with and managing teams and individual employees, the course has allowed me to reflect on how best to approach and succeed in the effective and efficient implementation of project tasks and activities that heavily draw on the theories, principles and practices of leadership.

I really enjoyed the course and the valuable guidance, support and comments and suggestions of the course tutors, including the course support staff and facilitators made the training very valuable and I just want to thank them all.

It is a well laid out course with frequent assessments to ensure user is retaining information and understands modules.

I have to say that over any other college and cpd provider CMIT are most helpful in understanding personal issues working life etc etc. Although it is online course and not very long..the understanding and sensitivity given was very much appreciated and not easily found in others and I know that a lot of other students would agree. I am really enjoying the course as I am learning about leadership. I really like the “real world” current case studies of different leaders.

I won a competition with CMIT but I entered with a trusted college that my friends spoke very highly of. I thought the course was absolutely brilliant. It made me use the skills that I had learned in real life situations which was very helpful to me. This course gave me a lot of confidence in my job role and helped me to identify personal area’s for improvement.
