QQI Managing People

I am learning lots of useful information which will be very beneficial for me in practice as a childcare manager.

I came to know more details about how can I well manage my work and my people.

Overall, I found the course to be very well-structured and informative. The content was clear, relevant, and easy to follow, and the online platform made learning very convenient. The support from my tutor was excellent, and I appreciated how responsive they were to any questions I had.

I chose to study with CMIT because the course offered the flexibility to study online and in my own time, which suited my schedule and personal commitments. CMIT was recommended very highly by a colleague who completed another course. The ability to work at your own pace and online allowed me to access the course which I would not be able to complete in person.

This is a very informative course for a person who wishes to go to the management side of job. This course explains many aspects of management, for instances how to define SMART objectives, how to resolve conflicts in work, how to give reviews, what leadership style can be adopted at any given situation etc.

This is very interesting course. There are many key areas which are explained in a very efficient way. For instance managing conflict , leadership style etc.

All positive, I did find some of the course challenging trying to relate to the construction industry but Id say that’s down to me not having done a course in a long time, I did find that I can defiantly take from the coarse into my work environment.
