We remain open during Corona Virus outbreak
Despite the COVID-19 crisis, we continue to deliver all programmes as normal. This is because connecting learners, tutors and support staff remotely is what we do.
- Our IT service providers are some of the largest IT providers in the world with multiple back up plans.
- All our tutors are all working remotely using our secure platform. We also have backup Tutors in place, should a tutor need to take time off due to self-isolation or illness. Learner should continue to contact tutors via the messaging system on the eLearning site.
- Our Student Support and Admin team are all working remotely using our secure platform. We will continue to provide Telephone and Email support.
- Of key importance to us is maintaining communications with our learners and will continue to provide any updates as required.
