CMIT triple finalist in The Education Awards 2021 for the fourth year in a row
For the fourth year in a row, CMIT is a triple finalist in The Education Awards 2021. The Education Awards recognise, encourage and celebrate excellence in the third level education sector on the island of Ireland from both State and privately funded institutions. This recognition underlines CMIT’s commitment to innovation, service and quality in accredited eLearning. CMIT is delighted to be nominated for the Online/Technoclogy/eLearning awards category and Best Further Education category.
CMIT is a finalist in the following categories:
- Best Further Education Provider: This award is for the further education provider that has demonstrated the most outstanding overall performance during the past 12 months. It is open to all further education providers in Ireland, both within universities and the private sector.
- Best Online Learning Experience: This award recognises Irish-based third level institutions, technical training college or organisation that have developed and integrated the best online learning experience for its students.
- Best Use of Educational Technology / ICT Initiative of the Year: This award recognises Irish-based third level institutions, technical training college or organisation that have made the best use of educational technology or that has implemented the best ICT initiative.
The Award categories are designed to highlight the key areas that impact upon student performance and provide opportunities for educational institutions, their employees and contributors to have their achievements recognised across the various important facets of their operations. An independent board of expert judges, from the highest level of different Educational Institutions in Ireland and abroad, will decide the winners of the Education Awards. The Education awards main focus is to deliver a fair and balanced judging assessment from industry leaders who will bring their extensive knowledge, enthusiasm and expertise to the judging process ensuring that the winning entries are truly outstanding and worthy of receiving an Education Award.
