It has introduced me to new methodologies I either hadn't used before or that I had used but didn't realize I was doing so.

Already having completed a course with CMIT, there was no doubt I would return. Very professional and very well run. Really enjoyed learning more about training as this is very useful in my current role with my company.

My first ever online course. I found the mix between text and video useful.

by Student August 2016 on Aug 12 2016 14:27

Had completed previous course with CMIT and the feedback and help was always great. Very interesting.

by Student July 2016 on Jul 11 2016 10:10

The course seemed to suit my needs and while commitment is required the length of time of the course suited me rather than signing up to something which could take 1-2 years. The practical based approach of formulating training plans appealed to me as it is something I'm currently working on in my own job.

by Student July 2016 on Jul 4 2016 11:42

I feel that the course was excellently developed and I had a brilliant tutor who always answered my questions straight away. I would highly recommend the course.

by Student June 2016 on Jun 14 2016 09:08

I like the flexibility and the study at your ease part. They are great with communication by email which suits me. I also had a family member do a course with them and he recommended it to me. Overall I have to compliment your staff , well the girls I dealt with , they were very professional and helpful. and look forward to doing the next course already. The course was good, and good to increase my knowledge. I would recommend it to one.

Very good course.

by Student May 2016 on May 30 2016 09:54

I completed the "Training Delivery and Evaluation" 6N3326 in 2014. When I rang Janet in CMIT she explained that once I completed the "Training Needs Identification and Design" 6N3325 course with CMIT, she would ensure both qualifications were combined to achieve the "Training & Development Special Purpose Award" 6S3372. This was very appealing to me, as I wasn't aware that both could be combined. Additionally, the flexibility of the course delivery was ideal for me. I found this course very interesting and I learned a lot, both from the course manuals and the tutor feedback. I particularly want to mention Janet who was so helpful and informative when I rang up to inquire about the course. Janet helped so much with registration etc. I also want to express my thanks to Claire, my course tutor, who's guidance, advice and assistance during the course was exceptional. I am very grateful to Claire for making the course so enjoyable and interesting. I found the course very enjoyable and useful. I learned a lot and was very satisfied with the overall method of delivery, content and feedback.
