Student Sept 2012 I chose CMIT as it provided the course I wanted and allowed me the freedom to work at my own pace through eLearning. The course was most comprehensive and the cost was very competitive compared to other course providers. The staff demonstrated professionalism and efficiency at all times and were always helpful and approachable.

The course was interesting and well-paced. I think the number and spacing of the assessments was quite useful in that it kept me involved in the course; with fewer assessments the likelihood of simply forgetting to study would have been increased. The tutor was very helpful and the feedback was detailed and very useful. The final skills demonstration was very well organised and the relaxed atmosphere certainly made the process less daunting and much more enjoyable. I found the mixed backgrounds of other students was very interesting and stimulating during the skills demonstration.

I thought the fee was very reasonable compared to most distance learning centers, although an easy payment plan would have been prefered. It was a bonus that the course that I wanted to do, was available online and FETAC accredited. I didn't know anything about CMIT, before I signed up but will definitely be recommending CMIT in the future.
