Student March 2013 I did enjoy the course, and I found the literature easy to follow and very useful. The quizzes too were useful, before I started one of my assignments, I took part in a quiz first, this informed me how I knew about the subject and how much I needed to study a subject, a very good idea.

Student (Aug 2012) Studying with CMIT has been a very positive experience. The staff and my tutor have been very supportive in answering any questions that I had which was one of my concerns in doing a distance learning course. I would definitely recommend CMIT and would consider doing another course with them.

Having been put in a position of possible promotion to Management, and left in charge of 18 Permanent staff, and being made main Preceptor for Students coming into my Workplace for a 3 month basis all year round, this was the perfect course for me, as it enabled me to use my place of work for analysis purposes, and aided me to make proposed changes, which have bettered the work place, and still are being maintained to date, and it also allowed me to make these changes with the backing of my staff, and this course educated me how to get the staff to at least try the suggested changes, and it also opened up my communication with all the staff, as since doing this course, staff meeting now are inspirational with full participation, as this course taught me what the best method of Managing people was, and I now do this with pleasure, and staff are also finding it so much easier to communicate their ideas when they know that they are being listened to and at least tried. Excellent Tutor Feedback which broaden my perspectives even more, and quick responses to queries I was having during the course! Overall, commitment required to apply yourself during this course to complete it accordingly, however excellent course when completed for anyone in charge of Managing People in any position. As I have recently taken on a managerial position managing a staff of twenty I felt this course would equip me to have a professional approach to leading and managing my department. Also as I work full time and cover on call at weekends this course suited my needs as attending a part time course proved very difficult.
